It’s been a while since I introduced myself. A lot of new people are in the room. I see you lounging on a velvet chaise longue, laughing so hard your fillings are visible. And I’m walking over.
Introductions can be awkward. Where do you start? It usually begins with, “So, what do you do?” But we’re so much more than what we do. Since this is a one-sided conversation, for now, I’ll go the more traditional route. Here’s a piña colada with a little fuchsia umbrella.

After over a decade of working as an award-winning creative director, copywriter, and creative strategist at agencies across London, Gothenburg, and Copenhagen, I know a thing or two about building brands through storytelling.
But where I really got my shine, that extra spice that makes the dish taste like nothing you’ve experienced, happened after I was certified as a coach.
In the agency world, we’re like a SWAT team landing for a limited period to creatively solve commercial challenges. The best work I’ve done was in deep collaboration with clients. But still, it was a problem-solving gig that championed the solver.
Coaching is the polar opposite. It’s not about me. It’s about the human in front of me. It’s not my job to find the answers—those would be mine, not theirs. I bring them closer to their own. I hold space, ask powerful questions, drop attachments to outcome (otherwise, it’s about validating ME), offer intuitive hits, and dance in the moment.
